service was bad for this order: supplier did not verify address with me and shipped it pretty quickly to an address given a year ago, it was a good thing it was from one agent. when they found out, they went on to not verify the correct address when they were able to contact the wrong place they sent it to, which caused them to send it to a new wrong place. after sending it to a new wrong place, they had the gall to tell me that they couldn't do anything anymore (since the new wrong place didn't want to ship it to the correct warehouse). my shipment was found by my agent but in the end looks like it won't get to me until another few months, so now i need to spend more by looking for another supplier to do the work. I'm pretty traumatized with what happened.
